What housing shortage? We have seen as many as 14 offers on our listings this year and have been in many multiple offer situations with our buyers this year. On our listing, 13 parties walked away with out a home. We have had several wins and many dis appointed buyers this year too. So what is the best way to avoid the housing shortage? One word “build”.
