2016, what a year it was for the SOLD by Friday team. We had quite the year despite a hard start but finished very strong with 62 transactions. We also finished the year strong expanding our horizons into new areas of Minnesota, signing a contact with a home builder, growing our team, and making new connections.
We had sales all across Minnesota this year from way up north about two hours away to minutes from Coon Rapids. It was a fantastic year for us to expand our horizons outside the Anoka County. We had many great homes go for sale that include single level, split entry, and two level homes. We also were able to sign a contact with Shade Tree Construction to sell all of their new construction homes! It was a positive move because we have many exciting new builds to show off in 2017. Some of these new constructions include town homes in Mounds View for $260,000 and less, Blaine homes that are $400,000 and less, and upcoming Anoka single level homes! We are very excited to be partnered with Shade Tree Construction who builds fantastic homes and allows a great amount of customization to home buyers. One of the best things in 2016 was the ability to grow our team. We started out with three buyer’s agents and a lead agent. As 2016 went on we then reshaped our team to three buyer’s agents, a lead agent, and a listing coordinator which help our team run more efficiently and effectively as the year when on which contributed to the sales. Towards the end of 2016, we were able to bring on a marketing specialist and future buyer’s agent to make our team a total of six! We have enough agents and employees in our team to cover all aspects of buying as well as having the ability to work 365 days a year. Our team is the most versatile team that gives strong incentives to choose us because of the results that we will be able to build.
The best thing of 2016 was the ability to make new connections through the year with customers. We have always pride ourselves with making the life-changing event the best experience possible by providing the best customer service possible. We live by our mission statement “We do not measure success through awards and recognition; we measure success through the relationship we have built with our customers.” We were able to grow our sphere of people with clients this year that have made an impact on us as well as making an impact in their life. We could not be more excited with the reviews that our clients said about us this year as they are the reason we are growing as a team and becoming a powerhouse ourselves.
